I live in an area in Adelaide where wireless reception is fairly poor anyway, my internet usually goes on and off on a regular basis but my mobile is usually fairly stable. It's been 2 weeks now since we had our Federal Election and we still don't know who won. This is ridiculous! Yesterday we went to the polls for another Federal Election, I was eager to get my local member out because I cannot stand him. For some weeks I have been eagerly awaiting the return of NCIS and when it did return it was in a week were we had another heatwave. I found it ironic that the episode screened was "Power Down", I had to work the night it was shown so I programmed to tape the episode so I could watch it later. I found somewhere to move to not that far from where I lve now although its more expensive I can still afford it. Good thing is I don't have to worry about that now its just a matter of packing up in 2 weeks 8 years of accumulated stuff. Just have to remember to label my boxes or I won't be able to find a bloody thing when I start unpacking. lol

My landlady told me on Wednesday that when my lease runs outs in a months time I have to leave which gives me little time to find a place that will allow pets that I can afford.  There is not enough time to raise the bond myself so I have to go to Housing Trust ( don't like doing it because it will be just another I will owe money to).  I will not ( Read more... )

Well it's that time of the year again.  Time to renew my lease, the landlord wants to raise it again by another $30 to $280 a week now I have to look for somewhere else to live with at least 3 bedrooms for no more than $250 per week that allows pets and I only have 2 weeks to do it.  I am so screwed!

Well here we go again!  We in have just turned our clocks forward in another round of Day Light Saving, now as frustrating as it gets I can put up with it because I know that it will end next year and we will get back to normal.  Unforntuately this time as I was informed on saturday Day Light Saving will last a full 6 months, it's bad enough for us ( Read more... )
