But I have delayed long enough. It is time for me to bring Chet to puppy jail for the weekend. We are off to Stella's wedding, and the cottage just ain't big enough for all of us (plus, he's such an attention whore, I'm sure he'd woowoo all through the ceremony).

I HATE this. And it is always me that has to bring him in. I'm such a bad mommy.

We had the most wicked lightning storm roll through here last night. I would have loved to watch the show, huge lightning and torrential rain, but I had a very scared puppy on my hands. He is usually not snuggly at all, and never gets on the furniture, (we're fairly he was abused before he found us) but last night he cuddled with me on the couch ( Read more... )

I had Monday off. My company is nice enough to turn the 3 summer long weekends into four-day weekends. Hubby was at work, and I woke up full of plans and lists for running around. Okay so its not the Riviera, but at least we don't have to fly (esp. after the Jetsgo fiasco this morning), but we're headed to Tremblant this morning for a long weekend, and I can't wait.
