Well, I made myself go home and exercise for half an hour last night. I had a lot of energy, suprisingly enough. Today I'm dragging though. I'm so anxious about everything and its driving me nuts.
Today is:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, + salsa (150 cal)
Work til 1ish
Exercise for 2 hours
More work til about 8:00 pm
Dinner: 1/2 Chicken breast,
