motivation

My plan was to eat 1 (whole) egg + 3 egg whites with salsa (about 150 cals) for breakfast.  Which I did successfully.

Then work from 7:30-7...which I had no choice in doing.

Then I was going to go home and exercise for an hour, but I'm so freaking tired.  I haven't been sleeping well becasue I'm so anxious about my hubby coming home and ughhh.  I need to exercise.  I have to or I'll freak out about eating dinner tonight.  My mom doesn't get home until 8, so if I hurry home, I could get in 30-45 minutes without her harassment about it.

She actually printed the serenity prayer and stuck it in my purse today.  Its sweet how she wants to help, but I just want to lose weight.
