Feeling All Right
My muscles are wrecked. Everything is sore to the core. Diet went pretty easy today. I made an alternate dinner for tonight that was tasty. Skipped the gym because it was too crowded. I'm going to jog instead.

Cross that Bridge When We Get to It
It's only been about FIVE WEEKS and I'm feeling the sting of this diet and work. I ate breakfast this morning and it did nothing.. NOTHING! I went for a bike ride to return some books and that helped.
Breakfast was:
3/4 cup of oats
1 scoop protein powder
20 blueberries
10 almonds
(430 calories)

Today is a tough one.
I took a nap earlier and that helped but I woke up with a sore throat. I pushed the diet a little harder yesterday and then today was leg day. Have to focus on recovery. I ate all my food for the day but I'm still hungry.
I can do this, yo. I'm no fatty bo batty. I'm a skinny winner.

Setback
I'm having trouble sleeping. Wanted to write that I had a really tough week because my wife is in town and I've been opening at work every single day. That means barely any sleep.
Memorial day I was so tired and didn't feel good that I told myself it would be okay to have a few drinks. Well, I got drunk and the next day I had diarrhea all day and ( Read more... ) -
10 lbs in 2 weeks
I haven't been posting because Leslie's been here. We buried my grandpa today.
The diet has been getting tougher. It's been easier to work out.
