Last night's dinner was steak and chips, I don't know if it's the food or just that my mindset is so much better but I've had so much more energy today and I willingly did an extra ten minutes in the gym

I feel a bit better but not fantastic. I didn't go to kickboxing either tuesday or wednesday but am playing squash today so we'll see how that goes. I slept until 12 today so I must have needed it but I still feel tired so will take it a bit easy

I'm ill.... hooray. It feels like I have swallowed knives and everything hurts but I have been a wimp and stayed in bed this morning and missed uni which is bad. I have to go to work soon though but maybe it'll make me feel better
