I've started a small pet project of retranslating the Japanese version of Wicked back into English and subtitling it to put on YouTube. I mainly find this interesting because the Japanese lyrics are decidedly... wonky in places. Some songs are adapted better than others, but with the amount of syllables it takes to get a sentence out in Japanese ( ( Read more... )
