I understand completely.

I will allow you to complete this alternate scenario instead:

Imagine you are living in a world where cell phones disappear and cease to be manufactured. You have a lingering memory of what once was. Please describe in 300-400 words how your life would change.

What kind of questions are those?

I suppose I should have clearly marked them.

They are extra credit questions.

Might I have a hand in grading any extra extra credit submitted?

Ahh, that's very kind of you. And I'm flattered to be made an assignment.

No, I think I'll take my grade. I don't want to waste time pretending I'm any of those losers.

In your case, I also understand. Would if I could have a classroom full of students as utterly unlikeable as yourself.

I will not suggest you complete an alternate scenario, as I am certain your penchant for bullying those smaller than you, stuffing them into lockers, making those around you feel inferior because you know very large words, and biting sarcasm will be all you need in order to be successful, although you may be miserable and no one will ever truly like you.

What if I don't want to be successful? I don't want to be a boring old guy like you.

I am afraid those who are like you rarely get what they want.

100-word essay. notdogmatic December 1 2009, 05:30:07 UTC
If I were Tetora Nishizono, I would have a brother who loved me very much. After making certain that I had a current rabies vaccination, my involvement with drug culture and mind-altering substances would lower my defenses and inhibitions, lessening my hostility. I would admit my latent and highly sexualized attraction for Miss Taiwan, cease being nervous when others found my pornographic magazines, and grow to appreciate the support of my family. With their assistance, I would be able to conquer my addictions and would do much better in school. Ultimately my teenaged experimental phase would do no lasting harm.

Thank you very much for your well-thought out and hopeful perspective on being Tetora. I expected no less from you.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to change your letter grade, as you have already earned an A+.
