It seems strange to have a tradition of celebrating the new year in a manner that may see it that you don't live to see it.
I suppose cats simply lack a certain something that would allow us that attitude. Such as idiocy. -

It's always charming to see young people who haven't had a hand in their parents' fiery deaths enjoying the holidays. They seem infinitely more...stable.
Though it seems there have been a few complications for certain citizens. Is it altogether normal for people to start screaming when they open their gifts? -

And the days get colder ad colder. Though they'll never be as cold as a particular queen's heart, which I suppose provides some solace.
I do wonder whatever became of the crowds we had but days ago. Were they locked away in some tower? Or simply sent back to their homes?

It seems the cooler weather has brought out the most irritating in people. I can't help but wonder if the approach of Halloween just makes people madder every year.
