It sounds like you have a realistic plan that will succeed!! Good Luck!

I started a similar plan 2 weeks ago and have already lost 4 pounds, ...only another 80 pounds to go!

Here is a trick I use sometimes: When you are hungry for something sweet, brush your teeth. The toothpaste is sweet enough to satisfy the craving, but doesn't involve any calories!

Definitely! I've also just brushed without toothpaste to get the taste of food out of my mouth while being a couch potato (did that last night as a matter of fact...)

I also chew gum - it has a similar effect - I wonder if mint is an appetite suppressant...?
