Day 12 - Monday 17th June- Went for a run at lunchtime, it was hard work but better than doing nothing. I've got a 5.6k race coming up with work and don't want to be a complete sweaty wreck in front of The Guys when it's finished. My knitting group gets a shout out in the Grauniad. So gutted I missed this on Friday!

Icesave latest is that basically the Icelandic government have said "Ha ha ha, we don't have any money to compensate you with, and even if we did, we'd give it to Icelandic nationals first", but the UK government have said that they will step in to make sure we get our money back ( Read more... )
