"TAKI CHANNel" jr messages to themselves
On the brand new TAKI CHANnel site, in the J BIRTHDAY section, you can click on mini profiles of all the main Tokyo and Kansai Jrs.
Each profile contains the Junior's birthday, blood type, star sign, special skill, hobby, name of the sempai they admire, and a message to their current selves.

I've translated the individual messages from each Hey! Say! JUMP member at the end of the final track on the JUMP no.1 album, Thank You ～僕たちから君へ～ The messages on the regular edition track are DIFFERENT to those on the limited edition track, so I've translated them both.
