Just something I'm noticing right now: it's interesting to me that there still aren't many images of interracial couples when you watch commercials on television. I wonder if that's a conscious decision by the people that make the commercials or an unconscious one because that's the way that society has programmed us to be. I need of attention
I've been feeling awfully narcissistic lately. Maybe its from wanting more attention from friends and family and not particularly receiving it. And then, once I get someone yelling at me or something, I get reclusive and never want to leave my basement hide-away. Its an odd cycle, really. I changed my journal styles because livejournal made me. It makes me sad to say goodbye to the style that I had for so long, and took me nearly a month to compile from various communities that are no longer around. But... change has to happen.
