I had such an awesome day! My friend, Devin, came in from Vancouver. You know where I met him? Summer 2005. He was on the same Contiki trip that I did around the United Kingdom. In the past couple of years I've really become addicted to television shows, specifically the excellent entertainment HBO usually offers. I don't get HBO here in Canada but many of the shows are shown on other channels where I am or, if not, I can at least buy them on DVD. Tabloids and gossip have been around for as long as humans have been on this earth. I love magazines. I especially love my weekly dose of People magazine, for its mix of celebrity gossip and everyday life. *Had a good weekend. Went to Stratford, Ontario to the Shakespeare Festival and saw a grand total of four plays in two days. I saw King Lear, Othello, The Merchant of Venice (starring Graeme Greene) and To Kill A Mockingbird. All four were excellent, I love going to the Festival every August ( Read more... )
