I have officially told my boss I am willing to teach at the junior high in April.  I just felt like it was the right decision to make.... even though my work hours may increase and my paycheck won't.  I have several good reasons.

The town needs me to do this.

I have had a cold for 2 weeks.  It sucks and my voice is gone.  I cannot sing and it makes me sad inside.  Also I have to blow my nose a lot.  I already took all the cold medicine in my apartment :( what shall I do?

Chami was here for a few days and we had a wonderful time.  She was able to go to school with me today and help me teach my classes and eat kyuushoku and play at recess.  It was quite a lovely day.  I just took her to the station and she left.  Now I have to go back to boring daily life lol..... my life is pretty awesome though so I can accept that ( Read more... )

I stayed up til 5 am last night talking lol.  I slept until 11 though so I guess that makes up for it?  Totally don't regret it because I had a great conversation with Leah.

I inherited some of Leah's clothes :3 and gave her some of mine also.  Yay for being pretty much the same size.

I just made plans to visit my new friend Sunny in 2 weeks :D she lives in Yamagata.  I AM TOTALLY GOING TO YAMAGATA.  I don't really travel enough so this should be fun :)

So last night I had a good conversation with Masanori.  It's nice to have another Japanese friend.  We talked in Japanese for quite some time but also in English.  Too bad he lives in Osaka haha.  Hideki lives light years away too.
