The best candy bar ever is the North Island "Only Hokkaido Taste" chocolate bar made by dounan.co.jp.  I can say this with confidence because of the following reasons:

1- It has a ferocious-looking bear on the wrapper.
2- It says 熊出没注意 on the wrapper.  This means: BEWARE OF THE APPEARANCE OF BEARS
