Visit Campus Coffee House after a long day studying or long night partying.

Campus Gym is now available after a long study session for all of your Sims fitness needs.

Campus Lounge is the best place to see the latest talent on campus.

Central Quad has been made-over with new seating; landscaping and areas for your sims can protest and dance.

Or visit Chestnut Park to chill out or play with your mates.

Sim State Library has been improved to provide a better educational experience for your University sims.

Sim State Tower has also been renovated - now a brighter spot on campus.

Student Union is now both a place to study and mingle - food, fun and places for your parents and female Sims.

Old Sim State Tower has been reinforced so it remains a lovable part of the campus. A few more interesting additions are added.

University Way now gives your Sims further fashion options - as well as two new places to show them off!

Dormitory:

Landgraab Dorms have been completely re-vamped from generous donations from the Landgraab Estate.

Pinenut Plaza Dorms have been renovated and re-named after Parker N. Parkison following his generous donations to the campus renovation.

Sim State Dormitory has also received a renovation to keep it in line with dormitory standards.

Greek Houses:

Tri-Var Sorority now is the prettiest building on campus!

Urele-Oresha-Cham is now showing off the history of the campus.

Residential:

The Bright household resides at 20 Peanut Street - a delightful series of homes for students!

Almond Street, now re-named Landgraab Lane contains three homes for students on a budget.

Peanut Stret has four available residences for a group of students to find a new home.

80 Crumplebottom Drive is for students with more funds to spend - it has four potential rooms.
