Urele-Oresha-Cham Fraternity (Sim State University)
The Urele-Oresha-Cham House is the oldest Fraternity on campus with a long and prestigious history. Can the brothers keep the historic house united or will their drastically different personalities divide them instead?
Major change here was making it look like it was the oldest fraternity on campus. Now, it matches the Old Tower (and Veronaville...)
Backyard remains boy-ish - sports stuff as they are all (except Castor) sports-crazed.

The original SSU fraternities are supporters of the Llamas - the other two will support the Cows XD
Rather basic kitchen - the boys prefer pizza.
Dinner table, and also used for fraternity meetings.

Tried to keep an old/classic sort of look mixed with the way a bunch of students would live.

Ashley's room.
Lots of mirrors - as he is vain - sports stuff, and a very messy room!
Joshua's room.
Room ended up looking rather surfy - just trying a different sports look. Bed is one of the AL ones, so he can throw it up to work out.
Castor's room.
Mostly arts, entertainment-themed objects in here.
And coffee mugs.
Kevin's room.
Figured he'd have lots of pictures of his girl friends, but there is no girlfriend.
And since he likes arts, and I'm sick of all my art hobby people having easels, he is into sewing.
