Almond Road (Sim State University)
Here are another three tiny houses for your Sim State University: Almond Road. Interestingly, when I was packaging them up, I saw them listed as Landgraab Lane. So I'm re-naming them in my game to that (seriously, Almond Road?!).
Extended the upper floor, and removed the additional roof bits because of that.

No changes internally - just new wallpaper and flooring.
Also, I've kept things as cheap as possible, so these will suit your poor sims!
