Landgraab Dorms (Sim State University)
I've been looking forward to posting this - I've never actually made over a dorm before! I'm having issues with the Friends household, and the O'Feefe one isn't that exciting - so, this goes up instead. There is the gnome that Jonah and Roxie stole. My University house actually did have a gnome mascot, so it rather amuses me.
Outside, mostly just a new coat of ...bricks.
Big changes inside - particularly expanding the rooms so they can fit double beds. As a result the dorm has lost one room.

Kitchen area.
Table for the important people - head of hall; RA and Malcolm Landgraab when he pops by to give talks about being successful and making lots of money.
Entertainment/study room.
Packed with everything your student sim needs (and also, probably doesn't).
Study corner behind the wall.
For study, or dorm meetings.
Let's pretend she was a famous Landgraab and established the hall, shall we?
The hall is furnished with paintings made by former residents.
Average dorm room - rather simply furnished.
Desk - some have computers, some don't - lamp, wardrobe.
One of the rooms is larger than the other, this is for the resident assistant (head student, senior resident, if that makes sense?). Anyway, their room is fancier.
