quantifiably better
today was the first day I came home without a lingering headache (from computer use at work, often compounded with sleep deprivation) since the concussion. I believe it's also the first day that I've worked 7 hours and NOT felt any serious consequences at the end of the day (and I've mostly been working less-than-7-hours in an attempt to avoid ( Read more... )
