I'm having mild concussion symptoms, so I'm going to be more offline than usual for a while (how long? who knows! concussions are finicky.)

Stacked appliances are my nemeses -- last time, stood up into a freezer door. On Wednesday late afternoon, I lightly bonked my head on the dryer door (stacked washer/dryer)... SO LIGHTLY that I can't even feel a bruise! but hard enough that at the time, I thought "oh shit, is that going to be a problem?"
After intense computer use this morning, had increasing nausea & sensitivity to light. After lying down in quiet darkness for a couple hours, felt back to normal. So, gonna continue to limit screen time & hopefully recover quickly.
I'd guess that the symptoms are worse than they should be due to the pile of other stresses going on right now. This week was especially heavy on cognitive load & emotional processing.
