WTF?

What the hell kind of store has a great relationship with a customer for years, to the point where that customer moves across the country and still continues to do business with them even though it would be easier and cheaper to order direct from the manufacturers online... and then just stops returning the customer's phone calls ( Read more... )

Wow, that's... really, really strange. And really impolite. I hope you get all your things back, it would be terrible if all your hard work were gone. *hugs*

WHAT!?! Talk about 'great' customer service! *snort*

It's really odd to on how she seemed to value you and your friend so much, and now she has just gone and completly abandond you...and still has your finished peices

Yeah. I mean, it's not like the pieces are all that valuable, certainly not to the point that it would be worth losing me as a customer in order to keep them. I just don't get it.

*hugs* That's terrible. I think I'ld have to kill something if I couldn't get a peice as complicated as TW celestial dragon back. Maybe you should hope over to the cross_stitch maybe one of the members there can help.

You know, that thought occurred to me - that something had happened to one of them (probably the dragon with my luck) and she didn't know how to tell me... but... I mean. Even I'M not THAT afraid of confrontation. I'd be sad that it was damaged, but not upset with her or anything. And she wouldn't have lost a loyal customer.

I may just take you up on that offer.

That's horrendous, really, really bad. Definitely see if you can get one of your friends to go speak to her personally. Damn, what a lousy thing to happen.

I just looked up TW designs put of idle curiosity and found the first cross stitch I ever did: http://www.twdesignworks.com/Designs/win.html. I didn't know better at the time! Took me a looong time, just over a year and I'm with you on how much work those designs are. I understand a while lot better now!

Oooh, that's a pretty one. She's got such lovely designs, doesn't she? They're all so beautiful - largely BECAUSE they're so damn complicated. *sweatdrops*

Very much so, beautiful, but not ones you'd want to do often!

*goes back to the far less complicated task of Seph plushie contruction!*
