So I've been reading this book called 'Eat This, Not That' which basically goes over all the pre-packaged grocery products and tells you which is better for you.  This is good for me because usually I'm too busy (read lazy) to make a meal and just want something I can eat right away.  It also gives comparisons like the one in the subject line ( Read more... )

So I get off work at 4:30 am today, which means I'll probably get home a little before 5:00.  I have to start getting ready for my other job at 8:15 at the latest to be there by 9:00.  I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to try sleeping.  Sometimes too short is worse than none at all.
