I wish there were some kind of time travel thing I could use, so I could just skip ahead maybe ten years and see what happened, and then I could decide whether or not I wanted to come back to go through it. This has just not...been my week.

First the hospital wing. And then...

UGH. I'm leaving.

Sorry I've been ignoring this thing, but everything has been so insane with all that's happened recently.

And now I'm tired, and sad, and my bed is looking absolutely brilliant right now. I just wanted to let people know I wasn't dead.

I finally found this thing - it was buried under a pile of Sirius's dirty laundry; quite accidentally, of course. But now I suppose I should actually write something to make up for my lapse.

So how was everybody's holidays? I love Christmas at Hogwarts - it's so quiet with everybody gone. You can actually hear yourself think.
