"The last time there was a real festival, I was too sick to take part in it. This is nice."

"I just wanted to see what it was like here. As far as I know, I've never been to a festival."

First, she went to Subaru's room. The girl could have easily eaten a gallon of ice cream and had fallen asleep or something similar. She knocked on the door. "Subaru! You in there?"
Reply
"A-ah, Heather? Yeaaah, sorry!" Subaru called, a little frantic sounding. She was hoping Rukia would've been around to help her with this whole obi thing. It was hard to do by yourself~ so Subaru was there with a long length of blue fabric unfurling from her waist.
After a few moments the door peeked open, Subaru looking through a narrow crack in it. "Just, uh, slip in and shut the door behind you..."

...Hmm.
Quickly and silently stepping into the room, Heather shut the door behind her. Turning around she saw the opposite of what she had been hoping: Subaru trying to put clothes on. Oh well, maybe next time!
She snickered. "Having some trouble getting dressed, hun?"

"My name is Japanese~ I thought I'd maybe while I was doing this I'd randomly discover that I was good at it, or Mach Caliber would have some weird magic dressing power..."
"I'M SORRY I COULDN'T BE MORE HELP."
"Nah, that's okay, I mean, you don't have hands exactly. Well... I guess you kinda have one."
Subaru held her arms up, as surrendering herself to Heather~ or at least surrendering in the vain attempt to dress herself in these confusing traditional Japanese clothes she was not quite falling out of. "Sorry for the trouble~" She gave a little sheepish grin, embarassed, but she knew Heather would help her.

Anna seemed a bit hesitant to go, likely for the large amount of people that would be attending. Jeanne bit her lip tentatively, contemplating what she would do if something were to go wrong. She'd take responsibility for it, as she had promised Anna. But... a discontented sigh escaped her lips as she started to rethink her promise, not that she could chnge it now.
Trying to change her thoughts to something more cheerful, after all, they were going to have a good time. She'd see to it.

She immediately saw the young long-haired girl and made her way over. She sensed the others discomfort about Anna’s warning. Jeanne didn’t know about the Oni’s, but then again a lot of the people Anna spoke to still didn’t know. It didn’t matter too much to Anna if something happened but she’d rather not have chaos and panic all around her when she went out.
Not really one for conversation, Anna just nodded in greeting to Jeanne. Already she could hear the thoughts of the people at the festival. They might be easier to handle if Hao was here. Anna frowned at her own thought and dismissed it, she didn’t care if Hao was here. She didn’t want to see that asshole at all. “Are we waiting for anyone else?”

He was lucky spotting Anna there as well, he really wanted to apologize, but- she was being stubborn. Or more she was being Anna. The Shaman wandered towards the two of them, honestly he was a bit worried about the blond girl. What with the open area and the amount of people around.
"Jeanne~, Anna~." He greeted them happily.

Seeing all of them in one place made him think of his wish - "I wish to resolve my conflicting ideals." Was that... a good wish? Regardless, he'd already written it down.
"Hello, everybody. I'm not late, am I?" he asked, giving a small smile.
The festival was not quite loud, but the noise was eminent - in more ways than just hearing. He imagined it must be very noisy for Anna and Hao.

It wasn't even that hard for him to slip into a yukata. His hands instinctively knew how to tie it - and he found himself here, at the entrance, earlier than the rest of the group. How was he supposed to wait for them if they were slow? (Or maybe he was just early. He couldn't tell.)
"Jeez," He sighed, looking up. "They'd better get here soon."

Honestly, he didn't know why he bothered coming. There was a decent crowd, and it was annoying to push through whenever he wanted to get anywhere. Still, festivals didn't happen every day... He figured he might as well try to enjoy it before it vanished.

"Neku!" He called, running (well, fast walking. Running would kill him in this state) towards the other teen. "Hey, you enjoying yourself? You look pretty bored~"

"Hey, Tamaki," she said casually. "Have you seen Kyouya?"

Barely managing to fight back tears, he made his way over to her and reached out to place his hands on her shoulders. Sniffle. "..you.. ah.. isn't it... customary to wear, you know - what are they called? - yukata? Haruhi would have been so pretty in one.." Though he wasn't one to talk, clad in perfectly normal daily attire, himself.

She looked down blankly at her t-shirt. "Well, I wore a yukata last time, but it was hard to move around in it, so I decided to just dress normally this time."
