Despite the happy atmosphere, Fate felt a bit awkward. It was a bit lonely here by herself, regardless of how nice the festival appeared. She hoped to find one of the friends she had made over the last few days or, hopefully, manage to meet some new people. A festival would be much more gratifying by spending time with others.
((Anyone can feel free to reply to her.))

"Ah-- Miss Fate~!"
He started to move through the crowd, towering above it at least a foot, and waved his arm cheerfully to try and get her attention.

She smiled and waved back. Rather than force herself to push through the crowd, she waited until Vash made his way through the crowd to her and said, in her soft voice, "Hello, Vash. I'm happy to see you."

Festivals were meant to be fun. This was not fun. After managing to disappoint a certain someone and failing miserably to ask to go with said person, he wasn't the happiest person around. For what felt like eternity he walked on without fully paying attention to the surroundings, brushing past people - people who were enjoying themselves - and not even glancing at the booths around him.
Izuru contemplated leaving, but decided to test his luck by loitering for just a bit longer. It was Tanabata, maybe something would work in his favor for once, even if only for a split second.

He hadn't been expecting it. At all.
Out of instinct he jumped up, startled by the sudden intrusion of his daydream as he struggled to speak. Izuru snapped his head up, eyes widening.
"G-G-Gin-san...! I-I wasn't aware that y-you were coming to the festival!" He blurted, mentally kicking himself twice for a good measure.
For a moment he wondered if Gin had come simply because he had meant to ask the man to accompany him. It was probable that he had sparked the other's interest and curiosity when Izuru had retreated without a fully coherent word from earlier. Or it could have been sheer coincidence...

"Eh, didn't think I'd find ya here either Izuru. I figured ya had ran off somewhere ta avoid me after ya...well I still ain't sure what ya were tryin' ta say," Gin said, honestly perplexed.
"Glad I found ya here though~"

With that thought in mind, he came across a lonely-looking girl at one of the ring-toss booths. He wasn't sure if she wanted to be alone, but he decided to walk over and watch her play the game. Maybe she'd talk to him on her own!

He followed her over to the balloon game and watched her again. After a few moments, he decided to play, too. He got the darts and after several highly effeminate throws, the balloons were left intact and the darts dangling in the wall, all far from any of the targeted balloons.
"W-What? Aww, I missed them all?

She ultimately began with bobbing for apples; it was like starting with food and a game!

Mokona applauded the Number One Skilled Apple Catcher from the sidelines.

"Hhha?" Lina made a noise of vague confusion, muffled by an apple in her mouth, and blinked as she looked around for the source of the noise, then looked further down. Her jaws snapped shut, chopping crisp apple which she caught in her hand before it fell down.
Being a good little girl, especially good at eating, she chewed the sweet apple before swallowing and speaking to the... fluffy white thing that she probably shouldn't have been thinking kinda looked like sweet, tasty candy. "It is. Go ahead and try." Lina took a step back from the apple and water filled basin. There was all sorts of other food at the festival she could try instead.

With a glance at Lenalee for permission, he headed towards a food stand.

Allen found the mitarashi dango stand and lightly grabbed Lenalee's hand, pulling her over.
"I'd like... .........10 skewers, please."
