After finishing her rounds for the day, Fate immediately headed towards the festival. It was relaxing and cheery in the bright sun; she hoped that the festival would help cheer people up and fix the problems caused by the change in personalities this past week.

Despite the happy atmosphere, Fate felt a bit awkward. It was a bit lonely here by herself, regardless of how nice the festival appeared. She hoped to find one of the friends she had made over the last few days or, hopefully, manage to meet some new people. A festival would be much more gratifying by spending time with others.

((Anyone can feel free to reply to her.))

Vash had just finished stuffing his face with something like 25 or 30 sata andagi, a treat he'd discovered in the food vendors that he'd decided was now his favorite kind of food in the world ("so sugary and YUMMY~~~"), when he spotted a lady with unmistakable black ties in her blonde hair.

"Ah-- Miss Fate~!"

He started to move through the crowd, towering above it at least a foot, and waved his arm cheerfully to try and get her attention.

Fate turned in the direction she heard her name called. Despite the large crowd, she instantly picked out Vash, what with being taller than most and waving his arm frantically in the air.

She smiled and waved back. Rather than force herself to push through the crowd, she waited until Vash made his way through the crowd to her and said, in her soft voice, "Hello, Vash. I'm happy to see you."

Arriving before Fate, Vash laughed a booming laugh as he scratched the back of his head. "AH~hahaha, man, isn't it great here? I'm making it my goal to try at least one dish from every food vendor, but the first place I went to ended up having this AMAZING stuff...! What have you done here so far, Miss Fate?" he asked cheerfully.

KYAAAAA~ She looks so gorgeous omg

He was starting to wonder why he had come.

Festivals were meant to be fun. This was not fun. After managing to disappoint a certain someone and failing miserably to ask to go with said person, he wasn't the happiest person around. For what felt like eternity he walked on without fully paying attention to the surroundings, brushing past people - people who were enjoying themselves - and not even glancing at the booths around him.

Izuru contemplated leaving, but decided to test his luck by loitering for just a bit longer. It was Tanabata, maybe something would work in his favor for once, even if only for a split second.

Gin had barely entered the park festival a little while ago and was wandering around looking for someone he recognized. In the back of his mind though, his thoughts lingered to a certain blond ( ... )

Each time he bumped into someone, he immediately mumbled an apology as if it the whole scene had been scripted. The process repeated several times when a far too familiar voice snaked its way through his ears.

He hadn't been expecting it. At all.

Out of instinct he jumped up, startled by the sudden intrusion of his daydream as he struggled to speak. Izuru snapped his head up, eyes widening.

"G-G-Gin-san...! I-I wasn't aware that y-you were coming to the festival!" He blurted, mentally kicking himself twice for a good measure.

For a moment he wondered if Gin had come simply because he had meant to ask the man to accompany him. It was probable that he had sparked the other's interest and curiosity when Izuru had retreated without a fully coherent word from earlier. Or it could have been sheer coincidence...

Gin watched as Izuru come back to reality and then practically jump two feet in the air when he had realized who he was. It had been quite a comical site really and Gin couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle.

"Eh, didn't think I'd find ya here either Izuru. I figured ya had ran off somewhere ta avoid me after ya...well I still ain't sure what ya were tryin' ta say," Gin said, honestly perplexed.

"Glad I found ya here though~"

Mist wandered around the festival, taking in the sights alone. She'd thought about asking Tsuna here, but it just didn't seem right to ask anything of anyone lately. But she'd always gone to places with Tsuna. Now, as she walked in the crowd without him, she felt oddly conspicuous as one of the people here alone, even though she knew there must've been plenty without companions. Yet, a festival is a festival is a festival, and she figured that she could still enjoy the games alone. She stopped at the ring toss and bought a round.

Bridget had been running around the festival for quite some time, doing his best to take in all there was to see as quickly as possible. There were so many interesting things that he had a hard time concentrating on any one in particular. Surprisingly, he hadn't seen any of his friends, but he was entertaining himself enough that he didn't mind. He could meet someone new, anyways!

With that thought in mind, he came across a lonely-looking girl at one of the ring-toss booths. He wasn't sure if she wanted to be alone, but he decided to walk over and watch her play the game. Maybe she'd talk to him on her own!

After finishing her round, without a single ring caught on a bottle, she replaced the basket in the vendor's stand and turned away. Well, that was sort of interesting. She spotted a youngish blonde girl near her, seeming to watch her, and smiled at her before wandering over to some sort of dart balloon game.

The girl definitely seemed nice! Maybe she was shy. That made Bridget a bit upset, since the girl was all alone...

He followed her over to the balloon game and watched her again. After a few moments, he decided to play, too. He got the darts and after several highly effeminate throws, the balloons were left intact and the darts dangling in the wall, all far from any of the targeted balloons.

"W-What? Aww, I missed them all?

At first, Lina had no idea where to start with the festival; on one hand, there were festival games, and on the other hand, there was festival food, so she wasn't sure if she eat or play her way through. She wasn't complaining though~

She ultimately began with bobbing for apples; it was like starting with food and a game!

((Open for replies~ ^^))

"Uwaa~ That looks like fun!"

Mokona applauded the Number One Skilled Apple Catcher from the sidelines.

((If my canon included memories of Pokota, I would feel uneasy around Mokona XD))

"Hhha?" Lina made a noise of vague confusion, muffled by an apple in her mouth, and blinked as she looked around for the source of the noise, then looked further down. Her jaws snapped shut, chopping crisp apple which she caught in her hand before it fell down.

Being a good little girl, especially good at eating, she chewed the sweet apple before swallowing and speaking to the... fluffy white thing that she probably shouldn't have been thinking kinda looked like sweet, tasty candy. "It is. Go ahead and try." Lina took a step back from the apple and water filled basin. There was all sorts of other food at the festival she could try instead.

Allen wandered over to the park with Lenalee, gazing around happily. The festival didn't look much different from the previous year aside from a few extra stands, but it was already fun last year anyway.

With a glance at Lenalee for permission, he headed towards a food stand.

Lenalee followed him, still smiling. She wanted to see this mitarisha things for herself.

"Ah, there it is!"

Allen found the mitarashi dango stand and lightly grabbed Lenalee's hand, pulling her over.

"I'd like... .........10 skewers, please."
