ive said it before so many times but this is def one of the worst days ever. nothing really bad happened at least nothing seemed awful since im so desensitized i guess. i feel so...numb. i cant even bring up my usual birthday bad feelings. i feel nothing at all. the only thing i can think about is sleeping for a very long time.
