After not having milk products for about a month, I had some the other day and gained 3 pounds,and was very swollen. Wow, I might have a milk sensitivity...ya think? Of all the things that could be rapidly approaching addiction status with me, here it is, working out. Now I have started to get into shape where my upper body exercises are getting into triple digits. I love that, wow, I love that.
