I hung out with Orion, a couple of cool teachers, and some high school students last night at MCI. Talked about art, watched parts of movies, played poker. Didn't get back until 4:00 AM. Thinking about moving to Portland, Oregon by the end of August.

I am going to be leaving for Nova Scotia at around 12:00 noon on Thursday instead of 1:00 AM Friday now. Just so you all know I'm not dead.

Also, the Wilco show in Portland is now sold out. It looks like I'll have to go see them in Boston in October instead. I might actually have some money to buy a ticket by then:-)

It is a sad day as Nomar Garciaparra gets traded from the Boston Red Sox. He was one of the most important figures in Red Sox team history in my opinion, and my favorite player on the current team. Barring injury I feel he will be in the baseball hall of fame someday. It looks to me like we plan to get someone big through waivers in August because ( Read more... )

I got a package from the IRS today. They claim that I made $60,200.00 in 2002, and need to file my taxes! I wish I had made that kind of money when I was in college, or ever for that matter! I don't know who screwed up, but it wasn't me. I found my 1099 from 2002 so it looks like I'm safe. Why do crazy things keep happening to me?

Wilco is playing in Portland, and I'll probably miss them again! Hopefully I can manage to get a job before tickets sell out. I'm not sure if they sold out last time or not.
