tough mudder. it's about 18kms of obstacle course with a tonne of fun shit in it. i have 68 days till i run it....twice! joined up because i thought it would be fun. i'm now just starting to realise that i'm sitting on the lounge looking at facebook lacking direction and focus and i have a measly 68 days to transform my body into a 36km jungle gym ( Read more... ) -

learning guitar kicks arse. it's hard but i am devoting time to it and getting results and i am happy! have to learn "still got the blues for you"......not the best song but the chord progression is nice and it's all 7ths so they sound hot!

ok. so i found this today after april suggested i should look more into the natural therapy side of things and counselling as well, as i have an interest in doing things on a spiritual level as much as a mental and physical level.
