Male Turian. Part of an Illium "crew" of thieves. Known to the authorities as a group, but names have not been discovered. As far as we know, they avoid conflict as much as possible. Leaning towards good planning and high tech options instead of force.
We might be able to redirect him and his friends towards targets of opportunity. Leaving any enemies of ours busy dealing with these thieves while we can get to work with our intelligence gathering.
