the nosebleeds are a bit weird...did he say anything about them or does it just suck to be you?

as and archivist/librarian who's alergic to dust and w/o insurance i chose the homeopathic route.

I heart: Boiron Sinusalia. you can get it at most health food stores or @ drugstore.com. keeps the pain away and helps the swelling.

Is one of your allergies dust mites? There are some pretty simple solutions you can do around the house and you will see a huge difference.

1. Immediately take all of your bedding and wash it all in hot, make sure it's at least 140 degrees. Do this once a week. Anything you wear to bed, wash in hot. Change into separate clothes for bed.. which have been done in hot ( ... )

What sucks is that that the hot water heater is supposed to be turned down to 120 degrees to prevent accidental scalding of kids.

I'll make a start with the bedroom stuff.
