I'm off for 2 decadent weeks of vacation. The beginning of the end - Merlin 4x12
It’s not the best episode in S4, but it’s a very nice setup for the final episode. I wasn’t bored one single minute and I loved that not just the leads but also most of the regular characters got a moment of their own, and something very specific to them. (GWAINE! Welcome back! You were missed!)

All in all, I liked this episode as a whole much more than last week’s, strangely enough. It had its weaknesses and even a boring stretch or two, but the underlying mood worked much better for me this time around, even though the story itself wasn’t too inspiring. I don’t know, you guys. This is the 3rd episode in a row that leaves me more “meh” than “YAY!!!”, and this close to the end of the season, that’s NOT ON! Especially not after the great start we had.

*dusts off her Livejournal* It’s been a while, eh? Life hasn’t changed that much and the less said about real life, the better - so I’ll concentrate on the things that manage to give me a happy, warm feeling in my belly, and “Merlin” is right up there in the top 3.

Ok, so first we got this lovely little H/G sneak peek and even lovelier caps (both thanks to the wonderful iamfez/harryandginny.org), and now there's the first official still for HBP, with an extremely yummy looking Harry (and holding a certain book, too!). Christmas HAS come early this year, hasn't it? *g*
