Pictures of Loki that I took outside right before sunset. He's VERY orange, so it causes a lot of orange in the pictures. To me, it looks off... but what can you do?

Diablo 3
So, the husband got me to play Diablo III. If you don't know what that is, google it. I don't know how you couldn't by now, given all the crazy hype surrounding it. People have been waiting for this game for over a decade; that's pretty intense!

that took awhile
So, after three years, I finished what I started in my 2009 NaNoWriMo. That's messed up. I haven't really written anything since then (not counting sims stuff.) I'm really out of practice. It took me a over a year to rewrite a few chapters and then clean up the end... which hasn't exactly happened yet. I'll need to sit and stew on it before I' ( Read more... ) -
just an update
We've been playing Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning a lot lately. We're playing it on Xbox, so no pretty pictures. It's actually a lot longer than we thought. The husband is about 50 hours in and has yet to complete the game! That's pretty impressive.
He originally 'acquired' it on PC and it looked pretty, but it's more like the Fable series in ( Read more... ) -
Skyrim Scenery
I haven't had the chance to play Skyrim in the past two weeks, but I'm definitely hoping to get some time soon. In the meantime, though, I've been going through my screenshots.
Skyrim is actually a really pretty game... if you choke-hold it into submission and mercilessly edit its .ini file to suit your needs. I have everything cranked up and just ( Read more... ) -
Silly Cat

Our cat, Loki, loves paper shopping bags. We bring them home and then we can't throw them away until he's had his run of them. He is always getting stuck on the handles...

Really, Skryrim?
I love Skyrim. I'm having a blast with it. I refused to look at absolutely anything involving it before it's release... which was really hard. I knew that if I did, I would be horribly disappointed. Some things bother me, sure, but overall? It's a good time.
Unfortunately, it seems to have the same logic fails that occur in all games. It doesn ( Read more... )
