Next segment is Matsumoto Jun, earnestly pursuing coolness...

THIS IS MJ!

"This is MJ, today's theme is, 'How to be the coolest father.'" The director of that shoot announced to Jun.

Jun sat in the dark with a single spotlight aimed at him, wearing a black suit and his usual dark sunglasses. But there was only one tiny thing that made this shooting quite unusual than the rest.

There was a small baby Ohno dressed as a mini MJ (with suit, sunglasses and what little hair he had slicked back) on Jun's lap.

After being caught by his lie the night before, it was pretty much forced upon that Jun would be taking care of Ohno that day. Immediately, Jun made a call to the Shiyagare staff to inform them that he would be bringing a baby to the set. To Jun's surprise, the director wasn't upset or made complaints about how unprofessional bringing a baby to the set would be. Instead, he was cool about it and even seemed to be looking forward to it.

Although now, Jun knew exactly why the director was looking forward to him bringing Ohno that day- so he could use him for today's segment.

"Okay, look here." Jun started, moving a little, making sure that Ohno was comfortable. "How can I prove that I'm a cool father if I don't even have a son or daughter of my own?"

The director silently pointed to Ohno, who was blowing little bubbles with his spit. Jun rolled his eyes. "He's not my son. I'm just in charge of caring for him today." He knew that the agency had explained Ohno's situation to the show beforehand.

"Really? But he looks exactly like you- you could be twins." The director pointed out in fake surprise.

Jun let out a humorless laugh. "Isn't it only because you guys dressed him up as me?"

That morning, Jun was finally given reign over what clothes Ohno could wear today (since he was in charge that day). It felt so good when Jun gave Ohno clothes that didn't make him seem like Arashi's pet.

Ohno's outfit that day was a crisp white long-sleeved dress shirt with a purple bow and checkered black and white shorts with suspenders attached. He also had a black hat with a purple stripe and cute socks with a design that made it look like black dress shoes (they found out that Ohno didn't really like wearing shoes- he always kicked them off- and since he also couldn't walk yet as well, they decided to let him wear socks only).

When Jun and Ohno arrived on set, they were automatically changed into their suits and sunglasses (Jun was holding Ohno the entire time since the baby began crying when the design people had tried to put the baby in a separate room). Since then, Jun had been very irritated for two reasons. One, because they were using Ohno again for work purposes and two, Jun's perfect baby outfit was taken off too early.

"Matsumoto-kun, actually something very serious had come to our attention." The director admitted.

"Oh?" Jun asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

"A recent survey was done with the entire population of Tokyo in regards to the Arashi members." The director told him.

"The entire population of Tokyo?" Jun repeated.

"Yes." The director nodded, ignoring Jun's disbelieving look . "It was a ranking survey. One of the questions were, 'Rank which Arashi member would make the best father?' In first place was Sakurai-san. Second was Aiba-san. Third was Ohno-"

"Achoo!" Ohno let out a tiny sneeze, interrupting the director.

"Bless you." Jun and the director both said, as Jun wiped Ohno's nose with his handkerchief. Looking up at the director, Jun nodded for him to continue.

"Third place was Ohno-san. That leaves you and Ninomiya-san." The director continued. "And unfortunately, you were in last place."

Jun's eyes widened. "Seriously?"

"Yes. The comments you got were, 'He doesn't look like he would want to care for a baby' and 'Even though I want to date him, I wouldn't have a kid with him.' That's how the public sees you." The director told him.

"I think me and kids get along really well." Jun protested, crossing his arms tighter around Ohno.

The director brought up a picture of all the Arashi members and showed it to Ohno. "Satoshi-kun, who here do you see as a good papa?" The director asked him.

Ohno stared at the picture for a few seconds before pointing his tiny finger at the photo. "Papa!" He was pointing right at Sho.

"That doesn't mean anything." Jun insisted, his irritation growing at the smug look the director was giving him.

After filming the intro of the show, Jun and Ohno dressed into another set of clothes. They were scheduled to be wearing the same clothes again, but Jun refused, telling them that the idea was stupid. So Jun ended up wearing his usual formal but still casual clothes for the segment while Ohno wore the clothes that Jun had put on him that morning (Jun's irritation did lessen a little at that).

The staff and crew brought them to one of Tokyo's popular places for kids- an amusement park.

Jun and the crew strolled through the park with Ohno in one of the park's rental strollers. They were in the shape of mini cars- Ohno was sitting cozily in a blue buggy, the cover of the stroller pulled over him to protect him from the sun.

Jun pushed him around the park, looking at all the rides and attractions. In the middle of the park, they met up with a baby specialist that would test Jun on how good of a father he is.

"So Miyazawa-sensei here will give you a test that will include three different tasks. She will then grade you on how good of a father you are. But in order to fit in with this show's theme, your coolness on how you do each task will be taken into account as well." The director told Jun as they sat down on one of the tables.

Jun crossed his arms, laying back in his seat. "Wait a minute, how did this become a test all of a sudden? I thought I was only supposed to show the viewers on what a cool 'dad' I am."

"We decided that in order to show your true potential as a father, we thought that this would be the best way to do it. Also, don't think of this as a test, think of it as a competition." The director urged him.

Jun raised his eyebrows in interest. "Competition? Against who?"

The director called one of the staff members forward and Jun immediately sighed in displeasure at the person. "Please don't make that face, Matsumoto-kun." AD Tanaka chuckled, bowing in front of them and the camera.

Jun narrowed his eyes at his megane staff member. "Aren't you always trying to show me up?"

AD Tanaka shook his head. "Of course not. It's just a coincidence that I just happen to do better in these sorts of things." He explained, trying to appease the upset man.

Jun gritted his teeth. "I definitely don't want to do this filming."

They both began the three tasks given to them. Jun would handle Ohno while AD Tanaka had another baby that was provided. The first task was to test the practical skills that a father should possess in caring for their child.

Jun did pretty well in this first task, as he already had practice in how to carry and support a baby properly, changing a baby's diaper, and knowing what temperature the baby's formula should be and how to feed them.

And of course for the coolness part, Jun made sure to pose with a model-like look while doing all of his tasks.

Jun and AD Tanaka both got full points for the first task. The second task was to test the knowledge that a father should posses when caring for their child.

Here was where Jun had failed miserably. He didn't know what age a baby should start potty training (Ohno still wore diapers) and he was completely frustrated that the number one method to calming a crying baby was to give them a toy to calm down or to feed them (Ohno only needed to be in the presence with one of the Arashi members and then he would be fine).

Jun was undoubtedly most embarrassed when he couldn't even answer the bonus question on what Ohno's last name was (really though- how could he say that the baby's name was Ohno Satoshi? They've never even thought about giving the baby a full name- they just called him Satoshi and left it be).

Meaningless to say, at that point AD Tanaka was in the lead and Jun was in a very foul mood.

The third and final task was told to be a secret. Jun and AD Tanaka were given one hour to go around the park with their babies. Miyazawa-sensei would observe the two of them by monitor and would grade them herself in private.

Pushing Ohno's stroller in the opposite direction of AD Tanaka (he definitely wanted to stay as far away from the assistant director as possible) Jun began to visit the attractions at the park.

Halfway through the park, Jun soon realized that the most of the rides in the park were not aimed for one-year old babies. "JuJu! I wanna go dere!" Jun looked as Ohno pointed a small finger at one of the roller coasters.

Jun shook his head as he explained to Ohno, "Sorry Satoshi, but that ride is too dangerous for you. Let's go on a safer ride, okay?" Jun couldn't help but smile at the pout on Satoshi's lips. "Why don't we try playing one of the games?" Jun suggested. "I promise that we'll have fun."

Ohno's disappointment disappeared in a flash as a wide smile graced his lips. "Games! Games!" Chuckling at the baby's excitement, Jun started to push the stroller towards one of the game stalls.

The first stall they went to was a basketball shooting game. "I wan da boat pease!" Ohno yelled, pointing at the toy boat that was hanging on the right side.

Jun held in a snort. "Of course you do." Jun parked the stroller near the edge of the stall, making sure there was enough room for him to move around. Grabbing the basketball, Jun began playing the game. Unfortunately, the hoop was a moving target and Jun had to get the ball in three times. After ten minutes, Jun was still at that stall (with a crowd that had formed around him) playing the game.

Ohno began getting tired of watching Jun. "I wanna go!" He told Jun, waving his arms at the older man to get his attention.

"Not now Satoshi." Jun told him, throwing another ball at the hoop. "Just let me win this game first." Ohno pouted his bottom lip, the camera that was filming them catching every moment. Ohno yawned, deciding to taking a nap as Jun kept playing the game. Cuddling close to his fishy in his arms, he fell right to sleep.

After a few more minutes, Jun decided to call it quits (Jun wanted to sue whoever was in charge of that stall- they definitely must have cheated somehow) and grabbed the stroller to push it to another stall.

But unknown to Jun, he had just made a very huge mistake.

Instead of taking the blue buggy stroller with Ohno in it, he had accidentally taken another look-a-like blue buggy stroller with another couple's baby that had been standing nearby.

Of course, the director and crew were aware of Jun's mistake but decided to wait and let Jun realize his error himself. They left a few crew members to keep watch of the sleeping Ohno from a far, making sure that he was indeed in no harm's way.

After stopping at a stall with a ring toss this time, Jun decided to play this game and fortunately, was able to land two out of the three rings on the pin- which he was given a prize.

Holding the giant teddy bear, Jun smiled as he looked into the stroller to show Ohno. "It's not that boat that you wanted, but I hope you like be-"Jun's stopped speaking, his eyes going wide in shock as his jaw dropped open.

Inside the stroller was not Ohno, but instead a baby girl who was still sleeping, a pink flowered blanket snugged around her.

Jun looked towards the crew and pointed to her. "Who is this?"

The crew shrugged helplessly, pretending that they didn't know what was going on. Jun frantically turned to the director, "Where is Satoshi?" He demanded, his heart pounding wildly in his chest.

The director gave him a fake clueless look, feigning a bit of panic of his own. "I don't know. Did you take the wrong stroller, perhaps?"

Jun's mind didn't register that that were filming for a variety show at the moment and he should have realized that there was no way they would let anything bad happen to Ohno. In fact, he should have thought that maybe they had some how set the strollers to be switched (but in reality, the crew had nothing to do with it- it really was a coincidental error) as part of the third task and they were just using this to test him.

But he didn't think of any of that at all. The only thing that was on Jun's mind was, OHNO IS GONE.

"SATOSHI!" Immediately shoving the teddy bear at a random staff member, Jun immediately began running around with the unknown stroller, calling out Ohno's name loudly, knowing the panic and despair that must have been plain on his face at that moment.

He checked every stroller that he came across, even ones that weren't the blue buggy stroller that Ohno had been in, and immediately excused and apologized to the surprised parents that were around. He knew that he was making a scene- a top idol running around an amusement park with a stroller would catch anyone's attention- but he honestly couldn't give a damn about his image right now. After fifteen minutes, Jun placed his hands on top of his knees, panting heavily as he was still unable to find Ohno.

At that time, Ohno had began waking up from his nap. Letting out a tiny yawn, Ohno rubbed his eyes as he looked around for Jun. "JuJu?"

Noticing that the stroller was moving, the father of that stroller (he was sitting down at one of the tables where he and his wife was having their lunch as their baby daughter slept. He was currently waiting for his wife to come back from the restroom) went to the stroller to take off the top cover.

"How's my little girl? Did you take a nice nap?" The father cooed, looking into the stroller. He froze at the sight of Ohno staring back at him with fearful eyes. "You're not Kimiko."

Ohno, surprised and scared at the man in front of him, realized that Jun was no where around. Clutching his fishy tightly to his chest, his face crumpled as tears started to fall. He let out a loud wail. "WAAAAAHHHHH! YOU NOT JUJU!"

Jun headed to the main station, deciding that he would be able to find Ohno faster if he let one of the staff of the park make an announcement about a missing baby. Running fast, still calling out Ohno's name frantically, he suddenly heard a familiar cry nearby. Slowly down, Jun stopped yelling as he listened closely to the sound.

"WAHHHHHHH! JUJU!" Jun's heart nearly stopped as he felt his legs move quickly to the direction of Ohno's voice.

He spotted a confused father standing in front a blue buggy stroller a few feet in front of him. Leaving the blue stroller holding the girl with the crew, Jun rushed forward, letting out a loud shout, "SATOSHI!"

"JUJU!" Ohno's own wail answered back and the father looked up, his jaw dropping as he recognized Jun running towards them.

His wife came back at that moment, walking to her husband. "Anata, what's wrong?" Glancing in the direction that her husband was looking at, her hands shot to her mouth as she gasped, "Matsumoto Jun?!"

Jun ignored the surprised looks around him as he made his way to the blue stroller. As soon as he saw the crying Ohno, he immediately rushed to grab the baby in his shaking arms and held him tightly. "Satoshi! Thank god you're okay!" Jun told the baby in a gruff voice, trying to hold in the tears of relief that he could feel wanting to come out.

"JuJu! JuJu!" Ohno kept repeating his name over and over, gripping Jun's shirt in his hands as he cried into the older man's chest. He didn't even care that his fishy had fallen on the floor, getting covered in dirt. His JuJu was there now.

The father was still in shock as the mother realized that her baby was not in the blue stroller. Forgetting that Arashi's Matusmoto Jun was there, the mother frantically began searching for her daughter, spotting her a few feet away with some of the crew. With a scream of, "KIMIKO!" the mother automatically ran to get her daughter. At his wife's scream, the father shook out of his shock and followed her to where their baby was.

As he held onto the still crying baby, Jun finally noticed all the looks and squeals that were all around him. Ignoring the fangirls that thankfully had the decency to stay a few feet away from him and Ohno, he held the clutching baby as he made his way to the parents, apologizing deeply for his mistake in taking the wrong stroller.

After clearing up the misunderstanding and getting the other parent's forgiveness, Jun brought Ohno to a private area in the park, away from all the people that had gathered around to observe the spectacle and sat on a park bench, not letting Ohno out of his arms.

"JuJu..." Ohno sobbed, blowing into the tissue that Jun had held up to his nose.

"Shh....I'm here now, Satoshi. I'm not going away." Jun whispered to Ohno, wiping the tears that had wet the baby's face.

Jun let out a sigh, waiting for the baby's sniffles to stop as well as the painful beating of his heart that was still pounding hard in his chest, his panic and anxiety still on a high.

As Ohno's cries died out, Jun hugged him to his chest, placing a kiss on his head. "I'm so sorry, Satoshi." Jun whispered to the baby, breathing in the baby's scent deeply as he could feel his own tears wanting to break out even more than before. He tried to calm himself down, repeating in his head over and over that Ohno was found and safe in his arms.

The feeling he had when he realized that Ohno was missing and could possibly have been hurt or worse still terrified Jun in a way that he had never felt before. And this was worst since he had no one to blame but himself. It was like the worst nightmare he had ever had, times affinity.

Ohno blew his nose into the tissue one more time before hugging his tiny body closer to Jun. "JuJu here now. Dun leave again." He mumbled, his eyes and nose red at his crying.

Jun let out a breath as he nodded, bringing Satoshi up so the baby could look at him straight in the eyes. "Never again. I am so sorry for getting distracted and leaving you Satoshi. It was a mistake, but that's no excuse for what I did. I said we'd play games and have fun together but I didn't keep my promise. Instead I ignored you and got you lost- you could have been hurt! I'm so so sorry." Jun wasn't sure if Ohno really understood how sorry he was, but it did make him feel a little bit better when Satoshi gave him a tearful smile, holding up his hand to his cheek.

"I okay now. I not hurt. I fogive JuJu." Ohno assured him, patting his cheek lightly. "JuJu now smile, k?" Even though Ohno's eyes and nose were still red from crying earlier, he gave Jun the brightest smile he could muster on his chubby baby face. At that, Jun finally ended up letting some tears escape him. To think that it was Ohno who ended up cheering him up.

"Okay." Jun whispered, embarrassingly wiping off the few traitor tears on his face. He sighed and gave Ohno the biggest smile he could- stretching his face as he shown all his white teeth. Ohno giggled as he clapped, wrapping his arms around Jun.

At the sound of a throat clearing, Jun and Ohno looked wide-eyed at the group of people that were watching them with smiles and a few tears of their own. They had completely forgotten that they were still filming and that the camera had most likely caught everything.

The specialist, Miyazawa-sensei, bowed to the pair while giving them a polite smile. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but the hour is up." She informed them both apologetically.

Jun cringed as he remembered that he was supposed to be proving to the nation that he could be a cool dad. Based on everything that had happened, obviously that wouldn't happen. In fact, he'd probably be banned from ever taking care of a kid ever again.

Sighing, Jun held Ohno in his arms as he stood up. "I'm sorry for the recent events. I know that I obviously failed at the test for being a cool father." Jun spoke, bowing to the sensei. Turning to AD Tanaka who was standing nearby, he gave a nod. "And I guess you beat me once again Tanaka-san. Congratulations."

AD Tanaka shook his head, grinning at him. "I don't know about that, Matsumoto-kun."

Jun furrowed his eyebrows at the assistant director before turning to the sensei. "He is right Matsumoto-san. Would you like to know what the third task was about and what your results are?" Miyazawa-sensei asked.

Jun nodded, cuddling Ohno closer to him. "Sure." It was best to get it over with.

Miyazawa-sensei gave a small smile before looking down at her notes. "The third task was to test how a father acts and treats their child while they are by themselves. We needed to keep this a secret in order for it to be fair. If you knew what the task was about, we were afraid that you would purposely try to be on your best behavior...and we didn't want that. We wanted to see how you truly are around little Satoshi-kun here."

At Jun's nod, Miyazawa-sensei continued. "At first, I admit that I began to score you very poorly. You were making empty promises, ignoring your baby which had led to losing sight of him. I was very appalled." Sensei had scolded him. Jun winced, nodding his head. "I was sure that you were poor father material."

"He not!" Jun and sensei both jumped as they turned to a furious looking Ohno. Ohno puffed his cheeks out as he said clearly, "JuJu is good! I love JuJu and I know he love Satohi! JuJu is good papa! JuJu is best eber!" Ohno shouted, holding on to Jun as he gave a threatening look to the sensei.

Instead of being surprised or insulted by the baby's outburst, Miyazawa-sensei gave them both a warm smiling, nodding. "And I agree with you, Satoshi-kun."

Jun's jaw dropped as he looked at the sensei. "What?"

The sensei turned to him and smiled wider. "I said that I agree with Satoshi-kun." At Jun's look of disbelief, the sensei chuckled. "Even though you acted irresponsible and lost your baby, once you found out your mistake, I was quite touched at the feelings that you showed so expressively. And it was impressive how you ran around the entire park looking for Satoshi-kun, not minding the fact that you are a very famous idol in a very public place after all." She pointed out. Jun blushed as he realized how insane he must have looked running around the park- but he knew that he would have done it all over again, with no regrets.

"And after that scene where you apologized to Satoshi-kun, well, no one can say that you don't care about him. You've obviously proved how much you love your baby. A father is not perfect- they will make mistakes. But when a father loves their baby unconditionally and receives that love as well, that is what makes a great father." Miyazawa-sensei told him. Smiling, she added, "And I know that you both are not actual father and son, but I definitely have confidence that you will be an amazing father one day."

AD Tanaka walked towards Jun, patting his shoulder. "I agree too. I for one think that when a father is willing to give up his cool image in order to ensure his child's safety, that is when he is at his most coolest. I completely surrender." Jun couldn't help but chuckle, shaking hands with the assistant director.

Clapping her hands together, Miyazawa-sensei announced in a large voice. "Matsumoto Jun, you have passed the test with flying colors and won the competition. You are the coolest father."

Letting out a sigh of relief, he began laughing as Ohno cheered for him, throwing his arms in the air. "Yay! JuJu win! Told you dat JuJu is good papa!"

Jun grinned as he turned Ohno to him. "I only make a good father because I have such an amazing baby like you." He told Ohno, touching his finger to the little baby's nose. Ohno giggled at the ticklish feeling, giving Jun a small kiss on the cheek.

The director and crew filmed everything. Some couldn't help but let out more tears of happiness and laughter at the cute scene in front of them, while all of them were smiling at the warmth that Jun and Ohno exuded.

"This will definitely get huge ratings." The director commented indifferently to one of the staff. Though secretly, as a father himself, he couldn't help but feel proud of Jun and how everything went. He let out a warm grin as he yelled out, "And that's a wrap! Thank you everyone for your hard work!"
