Well, here I am at my sister's place, all ready to start playing M&M with my nieces, and I discover I left my dice at home.  My sister, who has a nice stash of d20s, put them all in my dice box, which is all the way home - about 1 hour 15 minutes away.  I'm really bummed about it, and the girls were really looking forward to it.

It seems that being abused once by my ex-wife isn't enough for tonight, so she called back and got started again.  Of course, I won't hang up on anyone, and at first tried to be diplomatic.  That lasted a bit until I'd had enough again.  My turn to serve, but she hung up. Well it turned out that Matt's MRI only took us about 30 minutes in total.  I managed to finish reading one of the stories in the superhero anthology (Path of the Just) I've nearly finished, and we had time to stop off at Fuel for our favourite hot orange chocolate (yum yum).

I'm off to take Matt to hospital today for his MRI to see how much damage has been done to his ear. Chances are we're going to be there for at least 3 hours, which will pretty much be all afternoon. Hopefully, there isn't too much damage done.

Finished another coloured piece today for Capes & Crooks #2.  I think it came out alright, but I'll see what Mark has to say about it. For some reason it took me a little while to come up with a good mental image of what I wanted to draw, but when I did, it all fell into place pretty quickly.

Saturday I spent in Kilmore watching my younger brothers play football. Unfortunately their team was slaughtered by over 100 points. I received a birthday card from my daughter yesterday, which was a bit of a surprise.
