The sooner a person seeks medical attention for symptoms of an impending heart attack, the more likely it is that the person will survive. Do not try to tough it out, or wait and hope that the discomfort that you are feeling will go away. There is never any harm in seeing the doctor, and having her tell you that you are fine. However, if you don’t see a physician, there is a fairly good chance that the heart attack will kill you. Don’t risk it.

Ending of Darkwing 7 -- I KNOW RIGHT???? While I was reading, I kept being like, "Well, if it's not the Liquidator, it MUST be a new character, because who else could it possibl-- .... OOOOHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" :D

I looked at the picture on David's blog after making my Darkwing comment.

I hate Sarah Palin. A lot. (A LOT.) And yet -- such is the power of Doctor Who, when I looked at the picture, it didn't crack me up. It just kind of filled me with a faintly-terrified chill.

... I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult, but either way, it's how I reacted. ;-)

It was so OBVIOUS who it was after we knew, though, wasn't it? I mean, that was the character other than Bulba that they had planned to bring back in the third season. And DUH, that character was left in exactly the right place to be...doing that. And all the talk about how _evil_ this power is... SO MUCH LOVE for Brill and Silvani! I have thus far avoided the Chip 'N Dale books because I'm so wrapped up in the stories I already have, but I'm gonna have to read them, aren't I?

As for the Palin macro, my amusement is definitely of the dark variety, and it came mixed with cold terror, yes. I suppose knowing that PAD is more than usually angry with her because of her recent invocation of the term "blood libel" (here's his original post on the subject). So, perhaps not on the same level as what The Doctor was putting an end to, but I would argue that, given her behaviour as a whole, Palin could stand to follow that particular character's lead into obscurity and perhaps redemption (though not all the way to the end of that

HAHAH! _Photo_ of me as a Green Lantern. Oh I WISH I was skinny enough to wear spandex without being immediately embarrassed to death. I'd probably go for the classic Hal Jordan/used to be everybody's version--"dorky" white gloves 'n' all. One thing about that uniform--if you're a woman wearing that, you're a female superhero wearing a turtleneck and flats. Much easier to fight evil in
