Just, just got called back into the hospital... the radiologist wants me to get an ultrasound NOW! So I must go do that, have lunch and then go back for a 3:50 pm appointment. oye... I admit it, I am nervous! *breathing*

Goddess knows that ever since I started working out regularly, my old knee injury has been flaring up. I figured that putting it off any longer is career suicide b/c the last thing I need is to blow this thing out at the academy...so I scheduled an MRI for the 18th. OMG, I did not even realize it but my rebirthday came and went this year and I did not even notice! LOL! Guess that is what happens when you are on vacation without a calander, watch, or a scale! OK, so you know how I have been plataued for almost a month and I was SURE that I was not gonna lose anymore. Well, I guess I was wrong. As of friday I am down another 2 pounds, taking my total lost to 105#. *smiles* However, I do not WANT to lose anymore (except for losing the extra skin) so even though I am thankful for the additional weight lose ( Read more... )
