Friday Pros & Cons

OK, so I am a loser once again, even though I don't want to be, and I am certainly NOT trying! I've cheated my arse off, I have not worked out in almost 3 weeks (aside from mattress aerobics) and I still managed to lose another 2 pounds. OYE! I am afraid it is muscle mass that I lost and not fat (not that I think I have an ounce of fat left aside form extra skin). So I am back to the gym on Monday. I returned to TKD yesterday and boy did that feel good, of course I am tight and sore today! LOL! I am glad to be getting back into my old groove though. So anyways, for two days the scale said 149 no matter what time of day I measured so I am going with the number. Although... after lunch today I went back up to 151 lbs. LOL! LOVED the stuffed crab and taco salad (weird combo I know but I could not make up my mind and they moth looked so good!)

So the Pros:
* Looking fabulous in all white! (First time since high school graduation that I have ever attempted to wear all white and I did not have a choice back then... our cap & gowns were white and see through so you had to wear white... ever tried to find a white dress in a size 20??? Big girls don't wear white dang it!)
* Enjoying food on a whole new level... it can be orgasmic when you are savoring each and every bite instead of inhaling plate after plate!
* Not being recognized by people who have not seen me in years (either b/c they were not here or they are really SEEING me for the first time.... you know the type... the ones whole overlooked me when I was fat... I love being the cold hearted bitch who points THAT out to them! LOL!) BAH!
* Being able to do mattress aerobics for hours and hours... YES!!!!
* Being confidant enough to actually pose for *ahemmm...* "private photos."
* Waking up in the morning and being able to jump right out of bed. (Before it would have taken 20 minutes of stretching and slowly adding pressure before my feet and knees could take getting out of bed!)

And the Cons:
* Being scared of losing too much weight and looking like a big headed skelator freak!
* Vitamins, the daily regiment of vitamins is getting annoying but alas, it is the price I am willing to pay for being healthy. Doesn't make it suck any less though!
* OMG... boney protrusions... NOT KEWL! I've hurt myself more in the last two weeks than I ever have in the past... running into stuff, pressure from sitting or from a belt running across my hip bones, etc...
* Extra skin- all of the extreme extra care to keep it from breaking out or getting a rash... more than annoying and expensive.

So how are all you other losers out there doing?!
