One would think that perhaps one would feel a little different when they are a whole year older than before. After all, birthdays only come once a year, it only seems sensible that they should feel notably altered after precisely 364 days have passed.

I don't feel any different.

It is somewhat disappointing.

Well, they are rather pretty, aren't they.

I will have to write home of this, perhaps Mother shall find it amusing.

I wonder what sort of trouble they may cause though. Trouble does seem to come out no matter where one is in Hogarts, it seems.

Dinah went exploring again today and it took me two whole hours to find her. I really must learn to keep a closer eye on her but she is such a dear thing and I do like that she has such a sense for adventure.
