Bad dreams
I had one of the worst nightmares today. I'm not new to bad dreams. I've had night terrors and sleep paralysis and I talk in my sleep, I'll sit up but I've never actually walked. The good dreams always make the bad worth dealing with... usually.

Broken by Dreams
When I was little I had one reoccurring dream, I don't remember a time in my life when it wasn't always there in the back of my mind. Describing it always seems silly because it was absolutely terrifying but when put into words it loses all effect.
Everything was white.

Today is a ToDo kind of day.
Too many things that MUST be done today and focus is not my friend.

Meds
Today was the last day of Cymbalta. I've been on 30mg (whatever) for the past ten days. Friday of last week I added 20mg of Prozac to that. From today on it'll just be the 20mg of Prozac. I've got another check up with the MD in three weeks to see how it's working as well as an appointment with Not Scott next week.
