Yes, we know that an event should have been run during May. Our bad. But between the multiple hiatuses and other obligations going on at the time, plus just finishing up apps, we hadn't been able to get together and discuss a lot of modstuff until it was time for the draft to get organized. These things do happen, and unfortunately sometimes the timing just can't be right for everyone.

To set the event right after Mu's plot would have still avoided the issue of there being two months in a row with nothing to do. That said the past year we lived throw a few months with no events or drafts, which was when people started with a lot of player posts and you guys yourself commented on how great that was. And we all survived those months.
You're right, the timing can't be right for everyone but with when it was announced (just a day before it started) and everything else it mostly sounds as if you guys didn't even bother to consider the timing, how squatters could use it to pass the ongoing AC or how it would clutter the month. I'm not saying that was the case, I know you guys consider those things a lot and seriously, but it's still the impression that is given which is why I'm mentioning it. No matter how great the mods are or a game setting is, if players get the impression ( ... )

Right up front, I would like to mention that I'm aware that I have not been the world's greatest at keeping threads going as long as is customary here. There's a whole host of reasons for that, most of which I imagine would be kind of boring to hear me tl;dr about, so I'll just say that I've got it in mind, have been working on it, and plan to continue working on it.

So I just have to say FOR NOW: I find her completely charming to stalk and well written. It's kind of unbelievable really, how far you have taken a one-episode character, and how well you are making her work in the game. I am not sure there is a "customary" thread length in Luceti; a lot of it depends on IC motivations and situations. Some end up super long and others end up short and some in the middle. Sometimes things get handwaved. Hopefully that kind of thing will get more comfortable for you the longer you are in the game!!!!! <3

And by "customary," I suppose I just mean...threads here tend to go on much longer than in other games in which I've played. (The idea that I have multiple posts here with more than 200 comments on them is still completely unreal to me. That's never, ever happened to me before.) Which is really cool--I love building rapport--but it also means that I don't quite have the tagging endurance for this game yet. I've dropped more tags than I think is appropriate, and I'm concerned that it's coming off as flaky. :/ tl;dr: I worry a lot about these sorts of things and really don't want people to think I'm purposely blowing them off.

I think that's all I have to say.

Pure and utter love.
I've enjoyed stalking Mildmay so much. While I don't know his canon, his voice is distinct, your tags give people loooots to work off of, and you have an obvious grasp of his canon and thought processes.
My hat is off to you, sir. Or would be, if I had a hat.
