And there's only one other person she's aware of who also seems to be in possession of some form of the Azure.
Taking care to conceal her presence as much as possible using a combination of a concealment ars and Kipinn's magic, the younger Murakumo will be carefully hovering through the village, on the lookout for that person: that is, Noel... or rather, µ-12.
Of course, for someone of the other Murakumo's caliber, it shouldn't be difficult to spot the silver-haired girl despite the ars she's relying on. The question is - which one of the two will notice the other first?]

It's because of this reason that a strand of silver catches those soulless eyes of hers. How Kusanagi managed to miss this is beyond her... a concealment ars, perhaps?] New target detected.
[...no, this isn't someone new. For the first time, Kusanagi recognizes this person.] ... Dimensional boundary contact prime force No. 13... Nu, confirmed.

...it has to be her, alright. But something's... different. That armor - it's like hers, yet somehow different. More... complete? Whatever it is, there's something about it that causes some sort of feeling to surface that she doesn't recognize right now; uneasiness, perhaps.]
...Target confirmed. Scanning complete. Processing...
[A short pause follow, though she soon begins to speak again, her voice remaining as monotone as always.]
Target identified as dimensional boundary contact medium No. 12, Mu. Target's threat level is SS.
[...Wait, wasn't it S in the past, not SS...?]
Reply
Target identified as self. Threat level is SS. [Unblinking, unmoving.] ...target is a predetermined threat. Termination is advised.

Still, he's sure that he's not so insane that what he's hearing and seeing in Luceti when he finally emerges from his building again isn't some kind of horrible nightmare.
... It looks like war.
Terror spikes through him, making him shake uncontrollably as he beholds the violence - fighting everywhere, and blood and panicked cries and the acrid stench of burning flesh - and in the middle of it all, some blonde figure clad in metal.
... What is going on...?
Against his better judgment, Robert wanders closer to the pandemonium, trembling all the while. Are his friends out there? Is this some kind of Third Party warrior breaching the barrier? He has no way to tell, and that's the worst part.]

When he looks up, his gaze is drawn as though on a winch to the figure tentatively making its way from the safety of the nearest Community Building. And even through the smoke and screams, he knows that figure.]
Robert!

The scientist is no exception. Kusanagi doesn't hide and wait; she lets her presence known within seconds of her discovery.]
...new threat located. Gauging risk level. Scanning...
[Hi.]

...
Doesn't he recognize this person?
He does, vaguely. A... Ms. Noel Vermillion.
And she is coated in blood. Even Robert is able to deduce what that means - this, plus her words, mean she probably caused this destruction.
He trembles; he can't help himself, can't help the terror of being stared down by this robotic harbinger of death - but he also can't help the words that escape him, incredulously.]
W-why are you... doing this...?

Get back at the bastard who took down Flynn.
For right now, he's combing the area to look for who the most likely perpetrator is, an incredibly dark look about him that likely isn't made any better being coupled with his sword already being drawn and ready. Given the way Kusanagi stands out, and the obvious blood lust coming from it?
It won't be long before he puts one and one together.]

That, and Luke had been distracted by the big problem Luceti was suffering from right now. It's purely by chance that he happens to find Yuri staring down Kusanagi, and he jogs to catch up with him before stopping a few feet behind him. He already knows there isn't going to be a sense of camaraderie between them, considering how livid Yuri must be.]
Is that...?

It's like being a living weapon almost.
Yuri is the first she notices, though she detects another's presence from nearby, now closing in with the man. His cold stare is met with her own dull gaze. If you hate her, she doesn't seem to care very much.]
...scanning targets. [Yes, that's a plural. Look behind you, Yuri.]
Reply
All Luke's getting is a quick, sharp glance before Yuri goes back to focusing on the one in front of him. Considering the commotion, the blood all over her ... it's very obvious she was responsible for what happened to Flynn, in his opinion. And hell, whether it was or not ... it was clear she'd likely deserve what he had in store for her.]
Get out of here, Luke!
[Time to get himself ready to charge. Whatever that scanning crap is about, he wasn't about to sit around and wait to find out.]

And then she had come home to find her village a war zone.
Even Grune can't miss what this means. When she finds the person responsible battling one of the villagers, she sets down her bouquet of flowers and begins to cast a spell.
Her intent isn't to do anything more than distract Mu when her opponents need it. As she is now, Grune couldn't possibly be a match for her, and she wouldn't want to kill her--only incapacitate her.
So, who is she buying time for? Is it you? Even if you've only said hello to her once--in even if she's only seen you around the village--she considers you a friend she must protect.]

That plan had gone flying out of the window the moment he'd seen the carnage around the village. The moment he'd felt a certain pang in his chest...
He's running around, now, trying to look for the person responsible. Trying to protect those who are still fighting. If he can only save a single person, perhaps...
Which is why he throws himself in front of the first spellcaster he sees, knowing that every second of concentration counts with magic.]

She's not surprised when she notices more of the humans appear. Had they been taking less time to appear? She doesn't care to keep track.] Multiple targets located.
[...just like before, a flicker in her memories when she sets her eyes on the man. No matter.]
Continuing assault. [Surprise, guys. Her arms push down, and a beam of light shaped akin to a sword erupts from beneath the two of them in an attempt to knock them over. Watch your feet!]
Reply
Her voice is calm, almost dreamy, before she's hit:] Bloody Howling--ah!
[As she's knocked off her feet by the beam of light, darkness spirals around her, and then a dark, multi-coloured orb encircles Mu. It's not a strong attack--Mu would probably only register it as an annoyance--but it would allow Mu's latest victim a chance to fight back or flee.]

If he find a group, he'll cast magic to support them or to contribute to the attacks. Or if he find the one responsible, the King of Bel will do his best to stop them.]

Threat detected. Level determined as... S. Termination of target is suggested.

Her assessment of him makes him blink, but it's fairly accurate and not surprising.]
Stop.

Command refused. [No matter. She'll just ignore it in favor of executing what she came here for.] Overriding all power limitations.
[Yes, that does mean she's going to be serious with you, too.]
