Thankful Things
3) Friends who have stood steadfastly by me no matter what. I have been blessed with many more of these than most people, it seems, and without all of you - even some of those now absent - I would not be here today.

I'm about to see my Boy for the first time in weeks, and more depressed than I have been in weeks. WTF.

Things I'm Dreading/Positive Changes
Tomorrow. I need to go. I need professional help beyond just drugging myself into a functioning member of society. But I don't want to face anything. It's different in a journal; just mental spew. Things will be real tomorrow.

Thankful for a decent work weekend. It won't exactly cover everything I need it to, but it's close enough, especially if I can fly to/from Phoenix/New Orleans for cheap.
Have had the "iron bands around my chest" feeling all weekend. Not sure if Columbus (2 rivers/bad air quality) or stress in general. Would NOT have survived without the inhaler, so ( Read more... )
