I was the child that napped in parked cars in the summer because I like the feeling of being surrounded in heat, as a teenager I'd pull myself out of the pool and lay face down on the searingly hot cement, it was painful at first but if you stay still it'll become bearable and heat seeps through your skin into your bones. I have always held the belief that I will be fine. It at times has seen rather naive and at other times entirely idiotic. This faith in myself has been the cause of some truly ugly situations. I went on a walk today, didn't really want to since I wasn't in the best of moods. Felt more like sitting on the couch eating chips but since my ass has been growing exponentially I forced myself to go on a small hike. Walking along and the view was beautiful of course.
