I joined the library today! I'd waited to do this since I was hanging out for some proof of address to turn up as I didn't particularly want to use my rental agreement. Supplies
This weekend it's going to be 39C on Saturday, and 40C on Sunday. I went out at 8am today for supplies and returned by 9.30, and have decided to not move for the rest of the weekend.

Never seem to fit me
So I went to the zoo yesterday! And I tried to go in early for once, so actually got to see more creatures up and moving around! This is a plan I must repeat in the future!

Shoes shoes shoes
After the BD Christmas party today I went wandering around the city. My wanderings took me into a shoe shop because I've been fixated on shoes recently - and it only highlighted how weird shoe sizings are.
Some shoes had me fitting into Australian 6s! Even 6.5s! Then others had 5s, and I fit into those too! Then other 6s were too big again. And ( Read more... )
