Photos of the place

Come take a look!

This is the view from the balcony looking into the main area of the of the apartment. The door near the microwave doesn't open, I expect people can rent these apartments for short stay holidays and open up sections as needed.

The balcony is nice, but doesn't have any furniture on it. It is handy to be able to leave the door open in the evenings to cool down the apartment as I'm on the second floor. It's pretty cool.

From the previous photo, if you turn to the left you wander into the bedroom. There's a sliding wall/ frame section (not shown) you can pull over to close off the room from the living area, but I like keeping it open. The bed came with bedsheets and pillows! And I was given a whole bunch of towels and floor mats too! I wasn't expecting that at all, and have my one sad pillow and towel that I brought with me packed away unused.

From the previous photo, you walk through the door in the photo to come back out to the living area and kitchen. It's basically one big square. (I approve of the oven, though I have to get myself used to electric stoves again.) It's a good kitchen.

Turn 180 degrees from the previous photo and you'll face the bathroom.

Since I felt like it, I even made a handy dandy MS Paint plan of the place! The scale is all weird, obviously, but I'm pretty proud of it.

The blue rectangles are windows, the brown ones are doors. The black thingies are meant to be chairs.

It's a bit hard to read the text at this size... but I think you get an idea of what's around. I'm quite enjoying it, though I should probably go out and explore the city a bit more at some point.

But that's my place! It is my home!
