This chapter was perfect. All the decriptions of Marie's feelings and how natural her relationship with Logan is...

I really loved the moment when Marie hugged him. That was so sweet ♥ ♥ ♥ I can't wait to see the start of that friendship :)

Thank you! Next chapter will be all about Marie finding Logan again, so the 'friending' can begin.

Marie wasn't supposed to hug him, but she went anyway and then I decided to keep it in because I loved it too. :)

*lol* Okay, corrected. Thank you! Funny how both beta's didn't notice that. But maybe they expect Marie to actually crash INTO his room like the drama queen she is. :P

And thank you for commenting. I had a lot of fun writing this chapter. Logan wasn't supposed to be so honest and vulnerable, and Marie wasn't supposed to hug him, but somehow they went that route and it worked. No more drama, yay!

Eep. Exactly right thrutheblinds - sorry I didn't pick up on it Becca. Maybe it's because one of my favourite fics is called Crash Into Me and it blinds me to all appropriate use of that phrase.

Oh, I really like this chapter! So much goodness to sink one's teeth into. What a difference being touchable makes when it comes to even the simplest interactions between Logan and Marie. A hug that doesn't require coordinating movements or strategic hair placement... a kiss on bare knuckles... It's enough to make this girl swoon, so I can only imagine how Marie must feel *lol* Oh, this certainly holds a lot of promise for future chapters :D

Also, I already like the new trackers; they're so much more convenient than having Marie wander the halls of the mansion, hoping to find Logan and his "unprofessor-like torso" :D Very apt image, by the way :D

I don’t even know what to say to that. His sorrows are simply too big for the size of me. Too mature.This sentiment is so poignant. You always capture so well Logan's old soul and all the passion and turmoil that live within him. And even if his sorrows are too big for Marie (at least for now), she's still mature enough and connected enough to Logan to recognize their existence and want to ( ... )
