Okay, is she serious? Like, really? Because I doubt there’s a team worse off than ours. There’s so much underlying tension festering in this room, it’ll take years of therapy to sort our shit out.

So much solid development happened in this chapter, and it's so (relatively) short! That's just plain great writing there. I love the science-ish discussion of the Cure nestled into relationship stuff (Kitty/Rogue, Kitty/Bobby tensions v. Pete/Rogue, Warren/Rogue friendship moments, not to mention Rogue/Logan significant glances of friendship unbroken. <3 that. I'm so glad to be totally on board this fic train

Thank you! And I'm glad you noticed there's the technicalities going on in this chapter. I wanted to establish everyone's relationship and push the story forward with it, so I can concentrate on L&M from now on. I figured a team meeting would be best, but I struggled with this part for a long time to get it right. :)

As for your muses, I really don’t complain at all. You’re vids are amazing and I love how you edit them. They’re mini movies. I’m always happy to see you upload, so don't stop now!

It'll be strange to hear other team members call Rogue "Anna," but I like the idea of keeping the name "Marie" private between her and Logan :) The others will never really know her as he does, anyway! :)

And Logan and Marie are slowly letting the distance between grow smaller... It's great to see them warm up to each other again. Bring on the foof and angst and UST! :D

Thanks, Joanna! I've used 'Anna' for Yellow Brick Road as well, so I was sorta used to it already. I think everyone will be mostly calling her 'Rogue' though. That's what they're used to after all.

And yes, more room for L&M again. Yay! Although the next chapter will be all Jubilee, but then 2 chapters in a row with nothing but Logan. Woot!

Well, your Jubilee's always a lot of fun, so I don't mind at all, especially if we have more Logan to look forward to after :D

I have to admit I sorta enjoy their first quarrel. Not even a couple yet and already at each other’s throats.

And I have to admit, I enjoyed that too.

I like how they've quickly realized that Magneto is probably going to be a problem again.

Overall, a great job with the tension - it was palable throughout the chapter.

Thanks! This chapter was a bitch to write, but now everyone's relationship is established and the story can actually move forward. Not that it will happen in the next few chapters, but it could, technically speaking. I'd rather just write foof with L&M. *lol*
